  Modern and polished and comfortable interior. Beer selection is more interesting than is typically found in Colorado, as they are attempting traditional Belgian, German, and Czech styles to go with the typical Anglo-American styles. Beer quality shows promise, though nothing approaches world-class, which is what the server was suggesting, calling their brewer one of the most accomplished or celebrated or something else... more talented than most, but "possibly the best brewer in the world"? No sir, that’s a very high mountain to climb, though you’re higher up than your contemporaries, you’re still below treeline.
